You may check the status of your order online by clicking on My Account. Simply sign in using the email address you used when creating your Glamour Boutique account and enter your password. From there you may update your account settings, check your order status and history, create a Wishlist, and change/update any addresses associated with your account.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48-72 hours (excluding weekends & holidays). Processing times may run longer in the days following a sale and with standard shipping packages normally arrive within 2-6 business days. You can find more detailed information about our shipping policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We do our best to process all orders within 24-48 business hours or less. If you need to make a change to your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after placing your order and we’d be happy to assist you in making any changes, provided your order has not yet processed. Orders that have begun processing may not be modified or cancelled.
Do I have to create an account if I just want to browse products?
It is not necessary to create an account to browse our products. We do require an email address when you choose to place an order so that we may send you transactional confirmations regarding your order. When you create an account or place an order, there is a checkbox for you to select if you DO NOT wish to be contacted by Glamour Boutique via email. If selected, we will not send you any promotional messages.
Am I required to sign-in?
Glamour Boutique does not require you to create an account or to sign in to complete a purchase on our website. We do strongly recommend creating an account to enjoy all the great benefits, but we also welcome guest shopping. Visit the "My Account" link at the top of any page to sign in.
